Acceptable Use Policy

RapidReady Command — Effective October 12, 2026 · Version 2026-10-12

The short version

This summary helps you read the policy. The full policy below is what applies.

  • Track only your own workforce, for work, with the notice the law requires. Never use RapidReady to follow, watch or harass anyone.
  • Text and call only people who agreed to it, and only about work and safety.
  • Never send a false SOS. Tell people when an alert is a test, and never test on real responders without their agreement.
  • Do not attack, probe or overload the platform, or get around its limits. Found a security issue? Tell us and do not go further than you need to show it.
  • No competitive intelligence gathering, scraping, impersonation or account sharing. Use AI features for reasonable business use within your plan limits.
  • If you break this policy, we may warn you, suspend or close your account — immediately for serious breaches.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses RapidReady Command — the customer company and all of its users, including officers, dispatchers, managers and client portal users. It is part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms. The customer company is responsible for making sure its users follow this AUP.

1. Lawful location tracking only

  • Use GPS clock-in, patrol, lone-worker and other location features only to track your own workforce (your employees and contractors working for you), for lawful employment purposes such as attendance, patrol verification and officer safety.
  • Track people only while they are working or on duty, and give them any notice, written policy or consent the law requires where they work.
  • Do not install or use the app on a device to track someone who does not know about it, or to track a person who is not part of your workforce — including clients, members of the public, former employees, family members or partners.
  • Do not use location records for any purpose unrelated to the work, or keep collecting location after someone has left your company.

2. No surveillance, stalking or harassment

  • No unlawful surveillance or monitoring of any person, including recording audio or video where that is not allowed, or monitoring protected activity such as union organizing.
  • No stalking, harassing, threatening, intimidating or doxxing anyone, and no using location, schedule or personal information from the Service to locate or contact someone for a non-work reason.
  • No discrimination against anyone on a basis protected by law, including when scheduling, coaching or disciplining officers.
  • No uploading content that is unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights, or personal information you have no right to share.

3. No spam or abusive messaging

  • Send texts, calls and emails through the Service only to people who agreed to receive them (see our Text Message Terms), and only for work, scheduling and safety.
  • No marketing, promotional, political or unrelated messages, no purchased or scraped contact lists, and no messages to anyone who has opted out.
  • No abusive, threatening or deceptive messages, and no hiding or faking who a message is from.

4. No false emergency alerts

  • Never trigger an SOS, panic, man-down or emergency escalation that you know is false.
  • Test emergency features only with test recipients who have agreed to take part. Tell everyone who will receive the alert beforehand that it is a test, and make sure the alert is cancelled afterward.
  • Never send test or drill alerts to 911, police, fire, EMS, alarm monitoring centers or other real responders without their prior agreement.
  • Do not switch off or interfere with another person's emergency features, or discourage officers from using them.

5. No malware or attacks

  • No uploading viruses, malware, ransomware or any harmful file or code.
  • No trying to access accounts, companies, data or systems you are not authorized to access, including other customers' data.
  • No interfering with or disrupting the Service, such as by flooding it with requests, denial-of-service attacks or exploiting bugs.

6. Security testing and responsible disclosure

Do not scan, probe, penetration-test, load-test or vulnerability-test the Service, or test our authentication, access rules or rate limits, without our written permission.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it through the contact form on our Security page. Include enough detail for us to reproduce it, and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else.

We will not pursue action against someone who finds an issue in good faith and reports it to us through the Security page, provided they accessed no data beyond the minimum needed to show the issue, did not change, keep or share anyone's data, and did not disrupt or degrade the Service for anyone. This safe harbor does not cover scanning, load-testing or other testing that this section otherwise prohibits, and it does not bind anyone other than RapidReady.

7. No getting around limits

  • Do not get around or tamper with plan limits, active-guard counting, AI credits, message metering, trial limits, or billing — for example by splitting one company into several accounts, recycling officer logins, or hiding active guards.
  • Do not open more than one free trial for the same company, or create accounts with false information or by automated means.
  • Do not share one login between several people, or resell or provide the Service to another company.

8. No competitive intelligence gathering

  • Do not use the Service to gather information to build, improve or market a competing product, and do not sign up or use the Service on behalf of a competitor without our written permission.
  • Do not scrape, crawl or systematically copy screens, knowledge content, playbooks, templates, scoring methods, AI prompts or outputs, or the user interface.
  • Do not reverse engineer the Service or try to extract its underlying models, prompts or data.

9. No impersonation

  • Do not pretend to be another person, company, client, law enforcement agency or RapidReady.
  • Do not sign in as someone else, enter a clock-in, patrol scan or report on another officer's behalf, or falsify records such as timesheets, GPS locations, patrol checkpoints or incident reports.
  • Do not misrepresent your security license or your authority to act for a company.

10. Fair use of AI features

  • Use AI features for reasonable business use in your own security operations, within your plan limits (including your plan's AI allowance).
  • No automated or bulk querying, no attempts to extract prompts, instructions or other customers' information, and no attempts to make the AI ignore its rules or safety limits.
  • Do not use AI output to make decisions about people (such as discipline, firing or pay) without a person reviewing it, and do not present AI output as legal, HR or payroll advice.
  • Do not ask the AI to produce content that breaks this AUP or the law.

11. Follow the law

Use the Service only in compliance with all laws that apply to you, including security licensing, labor and employment, privacy and data protection, employee monitoring, telemarketing and messaging, and recording laws.

12. Reporting and enforcement

Report misuse of the Service to nick@rapidreadycommand.com. If we believe this AUP has been broken, we may investigate and, at our discretion, give a warning, remove or disable content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts as described in section 18 of the Terms of Service. For serious breaches we may act immediately. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where reasonable, we will contact the customer company first, and we will not switch off a company's field and safety screens without notice except where needed to stop serious harm.

13. Changes

We may update this AUP. The effective date and version at the top show the current version. Material changes are announced as described in the Terms of Service, and your company owner will be asked to accept them in the app.
