RapidReady Command — Effective October 12, 2026
This page lists everything RapidReady Command (operated by RapidReady Dispatch) stores on your device or loads from other companies when you use our website and app, and the choices you have. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
In short
Current setting: No choice yet — public-page statistics are off until you choose Accept.
Your choice is saved in this browser only (key rr_cookie_notice_v1). If you use another browser or device, or clear your browser data, you will be asked again. "Essential only" also turns off signed-in usage statistics on this device; to turn them off on every device, use the "Usage statistics" switch in your Profile.
Needed for the site and app to work. They cannot be switched off here.
base44_access_token
Keeps you signed in.
base44_app_id, base44_from_url, base44_functions_version, base44_app_base_url
Tells the app which application and server version to talk to, and where to return after sign-in.
Sign-in page cookies
Run the hosted sign-in page you are sent to when you log in.
rr_cookie_notice_v1
Remembers your choice on this notice (choice, version, date).
RapidReadyEvidence
Holds photos and videos for reports until they finish uploading, so evidence is not lost when signal drops. New items are kept encrypted.
RapidReadyGuardOutbox, RapidReadyDeviceKeys
Officers: checkpoint scans and reports saved on the phone with no signal (with their time and location), sent automatically when signal returns; an offline copy of the patrol route. Kept encrypted with a key that cannot be read out of the browser. Once sent, only "Sent" and the time are kept, for one day.
rr-shell-v4, rr-assets-v4 (app-sw.js)
A copy of the app's own page and program files, so the officer screens open with no signal. No personal data.
site_binder_*, site_binder_index, patrol_draft_*
Offline copies of site instructions and unsent patrol reports, so officers can work without signal.
kioskAuthGuard, sitePhoneSiteId, rr.locNotice.*
Site-phone sign-in for the current officer and which site the shared phone belongs to; remembers that the location notice was shown this session.
Inter typeface
The typeface the site uses. It is bundled with the app, so no font service (such as Google Fonts) receives your IP address.
rr_usage_stats_pref
Remembers whether you turned "Usage statistics" off or on in your Profile, so we can honour that choice.
Protect your account and stop bots and abuse. They cannot be switched off here.
rr.mfa.token, rr.lastActive
Two-step login for this device, and automatic sign-out after inactivity.
rr_biometric_cred, rr_biometric_enabled, rr_biometric_prompted
Face / fingerprint unlock, if you turn it on. Only a credential ID is stored; your fingerprint or face never leaves your device.
Cloudflare Turnstile ("I am human" check)
Stops bots on the sign-up and public forms. Cloudflare reads signals such as your IP address, browser and TLS fingerprint and may set its own challenge cookies; Cloudflare says these are strictly necessary and are not used to profile or target you.
rr_error_session_id
Groups error reports (and slow-screen reports) so we can find and fix crashes. Reports hold the error, the page and your account, not what you typed.
Base44 hosting and security logs
As part of hosting the app, Base44 may still record basic page views and sign-in events, for running and securing the service. Legal basis: legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); not used for marketing or advertising.
Remember your settings and load map images. Not used to track you.
rr_nav_*, rr_left_nav_*, rr_pg_nav_*, rr_pi_nav_*, rr_recent_pages_*, rr_recent_sites_*, rr_site_favs_*, patrol_theme
Your menu layout, favorites, recently visited pages and display theme.
rr_welcome_*, rr_dyk_dismissed, rr_*_dismissed, rr_guard_wizard_complete, rr_demo_tour_seen, rr_maturity_*, rr.guardCountNotice, rr_setup_checklist_dismissed, rr_just_signed_beta, ops-pulse-*, dispatcher_training_*
Remembers which tips, banners, tours and training steps you have already seen or finished.
rr_sim_*, rr_test_bypass, rr_test_skip_seed, rr_show_demo
Testing and role-preview tools used only by RapidReady platform staff.
Map tiles (OpenStreetMap, CARTO)
Draws the map images on map screens. The tile provider receives your IP address, browser details and the map area shown, because the images are loaded from its servers. Needed to show the map you opened (legitimate interests, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); we set no cookies for it and nothing is used for advertising. Map marker icons are bundled with the app and load from our own site.
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. These statistics store nothing on your device: on public pages they run only after you choose "Accept"; for signed-in users they are processed on our servers under our legitimate interests and you can turn them off in your Profile.
Signed-in usage statistics (page visits, feature use)
Which pages and features signed-in people use and for how long, so we can fix friction, improve the product and suggest features you have not tried. The visit identifier lives only in the open page's memory and is gone when you close or reload it. Legal basis: our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); you can object at any time with the "Usage statistics" switch in your Profile, and Global Privacy Control or "Essential only" on this device also turns it off. Never sold or used for advertising.
Public page events (base44.analytics)
Counts named events on our public pages, such as "opened the comparison page". Signed-out visitors: only after you choose "Accept"; "Essential only" keeps them off.
On public pages our usage statistics are already off until you choose "Accept"; for signed-in users, a GPC or DNT signal turns usage statistics off unless you switch them on yourself in your Profile. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signal, we also treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11 §7025; Colorado and other state laws). We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising, in any case.
We do not track you across other companies' websites, and we do not allow other companies to collect information about your activity across websites over time for advertising. The service providers listed above (Base44, Cloudflare, and OpenStreetMap / CARTO for map images) receive your IP address and browser details when our pages load their services, and use them to provide those services. Fonts and map marker icons are served from our own site.
You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking storage for our site will sign you out and may stop offline features (for officers, unsent reports and photos waiting to upload are kept in this storage — send them before clearing it).
When we change what we store or load, we update this page and its effective date. If the change affects your choices, the notice at the bottom of the screen appears again so you can choose again.
Questions about cookies or privacy: email nick@rapidreadycommand.com. If you use RapidReady through your employer, you can also ask your company's administrator. To make a formal privacy request (know, delete, correct, opt out), use our privacy request form.
Essential cookies keep you signed in and the site secure; they are always on. Usage statistics on public pages run only if you choose "Accept" ("Essential only" keeps them off; signed-in statistics can be turned off in your Profile). Cookie Policy ·
