RapidReady Command — Effective October 12, 2026 · Last updated October 18, 2026

Important: Please read this disclaimer carefully before using RapidReady Command. Use of this Platform constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms stated below. This Disclaimer supplements our Terms of Service; if they conflict, the Terms of Service control.

1. Platform Use Disclaimer

RapidReady Command is a security operations management platform provided "as is" and "as available." RapidReady Dispatch makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors, bugs, or data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RapidReady Dispatch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or operational disruptions.

2. No Legal or Compliance Advice

Labor law compliance tools, break tracking alerts, overtime calculators, and union rule references provided within the Platform are intended as operational aids only. They do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with qualified legal counsel. Labor regulations vary by jurisdiction and change over time; users are solely responsible for verifying compliance with applicable laws.

3. Field Operations Disclaimer

RapidReady is not an emergency service and does not contact 911. It is not an alarm, monitoring, personal emergency response or emergency dispatch service. An SOS, lone-worker or escalation alert goes only to the managers and dispatchers the organization set up, and they may not see it right away. Anyone in danger should call 911 first. Emergency features can be delayed, limited or fail, as described in section 12 of the Terms of Service.

RapidReady Command is a management and reporting tool. It does not direct, supervise, or control the conduct of security personnel in the field. All decisions made by guards, supervisors, and dispatchers during security operations — including responses to incidents, use of force, detentions, or emergency interventions — are the sole responsibility of those individuals and their employing organization.

RapidReady Dispatch is not liable for any outcomes arising from field decisions made using data or alerts generated by the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Injuries to persons or damage to property occurring during a security response.
  • Failure to detect, prevent, or respond to incidents.
  • Errors in GPS location data, checkpoint verification, or dispatch routing.
  • Delayed, limited or missed alerts, texts, calls or emails, including because of connectivity issues, system downtime, sending limits or missing consent.

4. GPS and Location Data Accuracy

GPS coordinates recorded by the Platform are subject to the accuracy limitations of the device hardware and network conditions. Location data should not be used as sole evidence in disciplinary, legal, or law enforcement proceedings. RapidReady Dispatch makes no guarantee of GPS accuracy, and users should independently verify location information when accuracy is critical.

5. Incident Reports and Documentation

Incident reports, patrol logs, and other records generated through the Platform are created by users and reflect the information entered by those users. RapidReady Dispatch does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of user-submitted records. Organizations are responsible for their own documentation practices and the accuracy of information submitted through the Platform.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (payroll providers, mapping services, communication tools, etc.). RapidReady Dispatch is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. Use of third-party integrations is subject to the respective provider's own terms and privacy policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

RapidReady Dispatch's total liability to any user or organization is limited as set out in section 21 of the Terms of Service: it will not exceed the greater of the total subscription fees paid by that organization in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD $100. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

This Disclaimer and all related matters are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is handled as described in the governing law, arbitration and class action waiver section of our Terms of Service.

If anything in this Disclaimer conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

9. Acceptance

By accessing and using RapidReady Command, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer in its entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
